My logo doesn't display correctly in the Setup form

"When I choose a logo it displays in the form as a thumbnail with the file name below it."

This is a problem I haven't been able to resolve yet, but there is a workaround solution. The user manual says to use the "Create from file" option after clicking the "Choose Logo" button, but that just ends up in the problem mentioned above. Instead use the other option "Create new" and choose the type as Bitmap. Your display will change to open the logo area on the form using your default bmp editor - usually MS Paint. Find and paste your logo into the logo area. If you are using MS Paint this will be from the menu items Edit>Paste From. You may need to resize the canvas area to fit your logo. Once it's all correct click outside the logo area and it's done.

How do I set up for multiple practices?

"I am an administrator of multiple practices how do I configure PumpkinPMS to manage multiple practices?"
"I own a couple of practices how can I use PumpkinPMS with these two practices?"

PumpkinPMS has not been designed to operate with multiple practices at the same time, but you can work around it as follows. There are two main components to PumpkinPMS: the front-end application that you interact with and the back-end database that holds your data. The data file is called PumpkinPMS_data.mdb. You would need a separate data file for each practice.
Lets say you have three practices called A, B and C. Copy the default data file called PumpkinPMS_data.mdb and make three copies called PumpkinPMS_data_A.mdb, PumpkinPMS_data_B.mdb and PumpkinPMS_data_B.mdb. The exact name doesn't matter so long as you can recognise them. When you are working with practice A you must connect to the practice A data file by using the "Pumpkin Connect" button from the Setup menu; when finished with practice A just use the Connect button again to connect the next data file.

How do I use PumpkinPMS on different computers?

"I have a computer at work and another at home; sometimes I even use my partners computer. How can I configure PumpkinPMS to do my accounts with all of these?"

There are two main components to PumpkinPMS: the front-end application that you interact with and the back-end database that holds your data. You should install PumpkinPMS on each of the computers you wish to use and only transfer the data file between them. The data file is called PumpkinPMS_data.mdb. You will need unlock keys to run the application on each computer.
Here's the scenario: you are working on your home computer and when finished you copy the data file onto a memory stick and take it to work. At work you copy the data file off the memory stick and onto your work computer in the location C:\Program Files\Pumpkin overwriting any existing file. You finish at work and copy the data file back onto the memory stick and take it home again etc.
